a bit about my photography experience:
i love a storied photograph that brings you in. to the person, the place, the site, the sound. i love the process. while i’m a trained photographer through the elements and principles of art, black / white film, to digital editing, i love that today’s world gifts a camera to most of us through a tool meant to communicate. phones make photography tangible. and i believe, an opportunity to be affordable. FOR me, it’s a gratitude tool. these devices that opportune us to visualize and experience good, if we look for it. there are some neat platforms available for mobile editing, and while i understand and love all photography tools offer, i’m impressed with some mobile applications that PRODUCE effective visuals.
